The program had a rough logo sketch, no vector artwork, and three weeks before their first tournament. Their previous supplier quoted six weeks and charged separately for every art change.
They also wanted parents to buy hoodies and hats on their own instead of the coach collecting checks.
Redrew the mark, proofed in a day.
Our designers rebuilt the logo as clean vector artwork, then sent a full digital proof of both uniform sets within 24 hours of the Team Order Form. Three rounds of revisions later the coach approved, and production started the same week.
We opened a private team store so families could order fanwear directly, shipped to their own addresses — no collection sheets for the coach.
